Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ScoreUp. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What ScoreUp is
ScoreUp is a freemium SAT mock-test web application for students. It provides Math and English section practice, auto-scoring with bilingual explanations, and a personal performance dashboard. ScoreUp is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the College Board.
2. Who can use it
You may use ScoreUp if you are at least 13 years old. Users under 18 should have a parent or guardian review these Terms.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for any activity under your account. Email support@scoreup.asia immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
3a. Automated access and AI training
You may not crawl, scrape, copy, mirror, archive, train AI models on, perform retrieval-augmented generation against, or otherwise programmatically extract ScoreUp content. This covers all test questions, passages, answer choices, bilingual explanations, Key Skill labels, and any in-session content. Search-engine crawlers indexing public marketing pages (the landing page, /pricing, /signin, /signup, /legal/*) for traditional web search results are permitted. AI assistants linking back to ScoreUp in response to a single user query are not prohibited; bulk corpus extraction is. ScoreUp content is protected under the Copyright Act B.E. 2537 (1994) of Thailand and applicable international treaties. Automated access attempts are logged (IP address, user-agent, request path) for security and enforcement. Violations may give rise to civil action. If you believe you have a legitimate need (academic research, accessibility tooling, etc.), contact support@scoreup.asia in advance.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer or copy ScoreUp's questions or explanations; attempt to access another user's account or data; upload malicious content; use automated tools to scrape the service; or use ScoreUp for any unlawful purpose.
5. Scoring disclaimer
ScoreUp's scaled section scores are estimated using published College Board Digital SAT Practice Test conversion tables. Real SAT scores depend on the equating of your specific test form and may differ from our estimates. ScoreUp does not guarantee any particular score improvement.
6. Free plan and paid plan
The Free plan provides 5 practice sessions and 5 diagnostic tests per calendar month. Quotas reset on the 1st of each month. Paid-plan pricing and terms will be presented at the point of purchase before any charge.
7. Intellectual property
All ScoreUp content (questions, explanations, UI, code) is owned by ScoreUp. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use ScoreUp for your own SAT preparation. "SAT" is a registered trademark of the College Board; we use the name solely to describe the test our service helps you practise for.
8. No warranty
ScoreUp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that it will meet your specific goals.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, ScoreUp's total liability for any claim arising from your use of ScoreUp is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
