No. The free plan never auto-upgrades. You stay on free forever unless you actively choose a paid plan. We do not have your card unless you enter it yourself.

Yes. Upgrade anytime from Pricing. Downgrade or cancel from Profile settings. Free plan resumes automatically at the end of your paid month.

On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You will get a reset link within a minute (check spam folder if not found).

Rare. Check: (1) are you signed in? (2) is your browser blocking cookies for scoreup.asia? Whitelist us and refresh. If the issue persists, email support@scoreup.asia with your account email.

Usually a WiFi issue. Try (1) switch WiFi or mobile data, (2) close other browser tabs, (3) clear cache. If it stays slow across networks, tell us at support@scoreup.asia; we monitor performance continuously.

Perfectly normal for a first attempt without prep. Real students typically start at 900 to 1100 and climb to 1300 to 1500+ with 3 to 6 months of focused practice. That is what ScoreUp is for.

Real Bluebook and ScoreUp mock use different question pools. Both use College Board conversion tables so scores are comparable, but exact numbers vary within +/- 20 points. Focus on trends, not single scores.

Click the calculator icon in the top-right tool row during any Math question. It opens as a floating panel; drag it anywhere on screen.

Yes. We follow Thailand PDPA standards: consent-first cookies, delete-my-account on request, data export on request. Contact support@scoreup.asia for any data request.

Email support@scoreup.asia from your account address. We process deletion within 30 days per PDPA. Your practice data, Mistake Bank, and login are all wiped.

Yes. Email support@scoreup.asia with the request. We send a JSON dump within 30 days per PDPA.

Only technical partners needed to run the service: Supabase (database), Opn (payments), Resend (email), Sentry (error tracking). Never sold. Never shared with advertisers or data brokers.

Yes. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (industry-standard slow hash) with a cost factor of 10. We never see or store your plaintext password.

Ask them to show you their Dashboard: it displays practice sessions, mock scores, XP progress. The honest metric is "sessions completed this week."

Rule of thumb: 30 to 45 minutes daily for 3 to 6 months takes most students from 1000 baseline to 1300 to 1400+. Study Plan makes it easy to hit that daily target.

Nothing bad. Data stays until you request deletion (free) or the account is inactive for 2 or more years (auto-deleted). No auto-charges since the free plan does not have your card.

Digital SAT is shorter (2h 14m vs 3h), uses the Bluebook app on your laptop, has adaptive Module 2 (harder or easier based on Module 1), and allows calculator throughout Math. Paper SAT was fully retired internationally in 2023.

Unlimited retakes. Most universities look at your highest score. Some accept Superscore (best Math + best R&W across attempts). Common strategy: 2 to 3 attempts within 12 months.

Around 2 to 3 weeks after the test. You get an email from College Board when your score is ready to view on the Bluebook Scores portal.

Depends on your target program. 1200+ opens most Thai Inter programs. 1400+ is competitive for Chula BBA and Ivy League. 1500+ is top-tier globally. Set your target based on the schools you want.

International Digital SAT is taken at your own laptop in an authorized test center. In Bangkok, the main centers are ISE Chula, Ruamrudee, NIST, and Bangkok Patana. Register through collegeboard.org to see current center availability.
