Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for ScoreUp Paid plan purchases. Please read it carefully before paying — by proceeding with checkout, you are agreeing to these terms.
1. No refunds
All ScoreUp Paid plan purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a charge clears, we do not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: unused subscription time after a successful charge, change of mind, only partially using the premium features, or not using the service at all during the active period.
2. Why — digital services delivered immediately
The Paid plan is digital content delivered to your account immediately upon successful payment. The moment a charge clears, your account is upgraded and you can use full-length tests, the Mistake Bank, and full analytics on the next page load. There is no shipping window, no waiting period, and no version of "not yet delivered."
3. 7-day cooling-off waiver
Thailand's Consumer Protection Act provides a 7-day cooling-off period for some online sales. For digital content delivered immediately, the consumer may waive this right by giving active, informed consent before payment. ScoreUp's checkout requires you to tick a consent box that explicitly waives the 7-day cooling-off period for the Paid plan. By ticking that box and clicking Pay, you are voluntarily and knowingly waiving that right.
4. Exceptions — when we will reverse a charge
We will investigate and reverse a charge only if one of the following is verified: (a) duplicate charge for the same payment, where the user did not intend two separate purchases; (b) unauthorized transaction where the cardholder did not authorize the payment (suspected fraud or stolen card); (c) service not delivered — your account was charged but never upgraded to Paid (a system error on our side or Omise's). To report any of these, email support@scoreup.asia within 14 days of the charge with your order details. We will respond within 3 business days.
5. Chargebacks and disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact support@scoreup.asia first — most issues are resolved within a day. Filing a chargeback with your card issuer before contacting us may result in your ScoreUp account being suspended pending the dispute outcome, because Omise (our payment processor) requires us to respond formally to every chargeback. We work with Omise under the standard Visa / Mastercard dispute rules.
6. Coupons and discounts
Purchases made with a Study Pass coupon or any other discount are subject to the same no-refund policy. We do not re-issue used coupons after a charge.
